Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Debbie.ai website (the “Site”) and its associated services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Site and Services.

These Terms apply solely to your use of the Site and do not govern your use of Debbie.ai’s software services, revenue cycle management services, Debbie.ai Pay, or other products and services provided under separate agreements.

License and Access

Debbie.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site and Services for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

Republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Site.
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from the Site for commercial purposes.

You may not use any content from the Site without prior written permission from Debbie.ai, except as permitted by law.

By submitting User Content, you grant Debbie.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Site and Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
